• Preparation & Coordination

Once the schedule has been finalized with you, we provide an indicative price and handle all logistics of your trip.

• Payment

Upon your agreement to proceed with the pricing, we will take a deposit to secure your bookings. The final balance will be due approximately 3-4 months before the trip.

• On-Trip Support

Our team is available throughout your journey to assist with any changes, recommendations, or special requests.

• Post-Trip Follow-Up
